- 225g Macarrons
- 400 Crushed tomato
- 1/2 Glass broth of vegetables
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 Zucchini
- 1/2 Green pepper
- 1/3 Red pepper
- Textured soybeans
- Sant and pepper

1. Soak the textural soy for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables.
2. Saute the vegetables and soy woth oil and make the macarroni in a separate pot.
3. When the vegetables are almost done, add the copped tomato and the vegetable broth and leave it for 10 minutes.
4. When the macarroni and are done, mix all the ingredients.
